Dear Customer,
Our objective is to provide the owners and residents of the developments that we manage with an efficient and effective service. Recent online activity has suggested that this is not always the case, and we have therefore created a route through which you can advise us directly about your concerns, allowing us to review and deal with these issues. The Head of the Solitaire Property Management team will respond directly to resident's complaints and ensure that the best and most appropriate people in the team deal with them.
We hope that by providing this alternative channel for communication directly to us, we will identify those issues and concerns that you feel have so far not properly been addressed. Please provide as much detail as possible in your feedback.
